Olesya Aleksandrovna Forsheva ((ロシア語:Олеся Александровна Форшева), born July 8, 1979 in Nizhny Tagil, Russian SFSR) (née Krasnomovets (ロシア語:Красномовец)) is a Russian athlete. She was born in Nizhny Tagil and is married to Dmitriy Forshev. Specializing in the 400 metres, she won a silver medal at the 2004 IAAF World Indoor Championships. In addition, she won the silver medal in 4 x 400 metres relay at the 2004 Olympics and a gold medal in the same event at the 2005 World Championships. At the IAAF World Indoor Championships 2006 in Moscow she won the Gold Medal for 400 metres women with a winning time of 50.04 seconds.
